James Grech (* 1977; † 10. Oktober 2005 in Brisbane, Australien) war ein maltesischer Geiger.
James Grech war ein international bekannter Geiger.Er gründete 2002 die “Stradivari Season”, die über 50 klassische Konzerte produzierte.
James Grech starb an Lymphknotenkrebs, der im Frühjahr 2005 diagonstiziert wurde.
